• Polar Technology accepts all types of cylinders including those
  from foreign countries.
• Bills of lading, order confirmation and necessary logistics are provided.
• Packing material supplied upon request.
• Cylinder exchanges available. Send us any cylinder and receive a
  fresh clean cylinder in any size.

How the Program Works

• Contact Polar/AKT with the number of cylinders to be returned.
• Cylinders must be empty for this price to be effective.
• Polar Technology’s customer resource representatives will select a
  freight carrier.
• You will receive a faxed bill of lading and MSDS sheet.
• Contact the trucking company to ship freight “collect” to Polar Technology.
• Cylinders are received and a check is sent to you within 30 days.
• Cylinders are purchased “as is.” It is not necessary for the cylinders
  to be in certification or have working valves.
